(As to this website) The Atlanta Design Directory (atlantadesigndriectory.com) as a whole or in part may not be reproduced in any way without the express written consent of Atlanta Design Directory, LLC. Unauthorized duplication or violation of the spirit of its intellectual properties will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. (As to images contained on this website) All images displayed on atlantadesigndirectory.com must have authorization for display on our site. Images displayed on atlantadesigndirectory.com for content purposes will have documentation of purchase or authorization for display on the Atlanta Design Directory. Advertisers and listed businesses that supply images to be displayed on atlantadesigndirectory.com must obtain consent, have permission to use and/or give us permission to use the image. We take it on good faith that an advertiser or listed business will supply us with an image that they have authorization to use in advertising their business. Clients must sign and/or agree to our copyright policy and attest to the fact that they have authorization to use or are the owner of the image that they are supplying. In the event that a problem arises with a copyrighted image, the Atlanta Design Directory will do the following to promptly resolve the situation. Once it is brought to our attention that an image is not authorized to be displayed on our website and is in violation of another's copyright, then the image will be removed from the Atlanta Design Directory. The party that supplied the image will be notified by the Atlanta Design Directory and asked to supply another image or obtain authorization in writing for the image in question. Any dispute about authorization will be between the owner of the image and the client who supplied the image. As to not interrupt our clients online presence, the Atlanta Design Directory will replace the image with a generic stock image or text advertisement until an authorized image my be supplied. (As to text contained on this website) Information, tips, ideas and articles supplied to the Atlanta Design Directory from our clients must be the original work of the clients or have authorization from the author to be reproduced. Additionally, we require authorization from clients to display the information on our site. In the event that a problem arises with unauthorized duplication of another's original work, the Atlanta Design Directory will do the following to promptly resolve the situation. Once it is brought to our attention that information on our site is not authorized, we will remove that information from the Atlanta Design Directory and notify the client who supplied the information. Any dispute about authorization will be between the author and the client who supplied the information. We are not responsible for the policies of websites linked from our site. You, the user, assume all risk in hiring/contracting with the individuals and businesses linked from or profiled on this site as we do not endorse or guarantee the products and/or services provided by the advertisers or listed businesses. We will assume NO liability for any damages to your property or the property you represent resulting from hiring/contracting with one of our clients. Spam Email (effective date: 3-20-2006)
The Atlanta Design Directory welcomes legitimate email from our users and clients; however, we have a ZERO tolerance policy for using our email addresses as a target for spam email. Violation of our spam email policy will result in legal action. The companies or individuals who make atlantadesigndirectory.com a target for spam will, at a minimum, be held liable for $10.00 (U.S. currency) per spam email received. Additionally, they will be held responsible for damages and loss of business for any disturbance/ interruption or harm caused to our servers or website as a result of spam emails.
